Internal tank washing systems

ADOR Tech, with the help of its international partners, manufactures and supplies tailor-made plants for the interior washing of tank cars, consisting of extensible systems of high-pressure rotary heads (up to 200 bar) of cold or hot water. The combination of these systems with steam injection ensures fast and safe washing.

Our scope includes the steam generation system as well as the pumping units, piping, and water treatment for use by the boiler. ADOR Tech also offers the customer its long experience in the treatment of industrial water so that the system guarantees the appropriate treatment to recycle and reuse the water used in the washing of the cistern.
