Rails Loader Crane | ADORTech

Rails Loader Crane

A sophisticated machine for loading and unloading rails. Our provided rails loader cranes load and unload the rails smoothly and efficiently.

OVERVIEW

The rail loader crane is crucial machinery in railway construction and maintenance. It is efficiently used for rail handling on wagons. We provide completely radio-controlled rail loader cranes capable of using one or more cranes with one single remote control. Therefore, only a few manpower is required to work, reducing your overall costs.

By combining speed and safety, ADOR presents sophisticated rail loader cranes that maximize functionality in significantly less time. They are designed as self-propelled wagons and can be used simultaneously in groups to load and unload rails of any length, speeding up the process and increasing safety.

Our rail loader cranes are manufactured with a telescopic arm equipped with a hydraulic winch. In order to enhance their functionality, they are mounted on the slewing bearings that link them to the basement of the cranes. Moreover, ADOR’s rail loader cranes are provided with different types of hooks, making them efficient for loading and unloading various materials (e.g., rails, poles, etc.).

FAQS

What Is a Rail Loader Crane?

A rail loader crane is an essential machine in the railway crane industry, designed for rail handling in construction and maintenance projects. These cranes efficiently load and unload rails, laying them along new tracks or removing old ones, making railway projects more streamlined and effective.

Equipped with hydraulic rotating heads and specialized hooks, a rail loader crane can lift and transport rails, loading them onto wagons with precision. Advanced models now feature radio-controlled operation, improving railway construction safety, efficiency, and speed.

How Rail Loader Cranes Improve Efficiency

Traditional railway cranes require significant time for construction and maintenance tasks. However, modern rail loader cranes incorporate advanced hydraulic systems and automation, reducing downtime and increasing worksite productivity. These technological upgrades make them indispensable in large-scale railway operations.

Applications of Rail Loader Cranes

The rail loader crane is primarily used for rail handling—lifting and transporting rails in railway projects. However, due to their high lifting capacity and specialized attachments, they can also be used for:

  • Railway Construction & Maintenance – Installing new tracks and removing old ones.
  • Freight & Logistics Operations – Loading and unloading materials onto wagons.
  • Transporting Heavy Equipment – Some models are designed to lift poles and other heavy materials required in railway infrastructure projects.

Why Choose a Modern Railway Crane?

With technological advancements, today’s railway cranes offer radio-controlled operation, allowing for precise control with fewer operators. This not only enhances safety but also boosts efficiency, ensuring faster project completion with minimal workforce requirements.

By investing in a high-tech rail loader crane, railway companies can cut labor costs, improve safety, and speed up project timelines, making them an essential asset for railway construction and maintenance.
