Description:

At the G20 summit in Hamburg, DMS Booms played a critical role in ensuring safety and security of world leaders. The German Police wanted to secure the city’s main harbour and create an exclusion zone for waterborne protesters, successfully preventing them from accessing strategic locations. Over 400 meters of DMS Booms were deployed.

Description:

250-meter-long DMS Booms were installed with great success at the London City Airport from 2003 to 2019 to keep aircraft movement safe. Located in the Royal Docks, London City Airport’s

runway is 1,508 meters long and extends into the water. It can accommodate up to four aircraft, but only one plane can be queued up for takeoff. The others need to stay in a separate holding area until it is their turn. The booms have proven to be effective, thanks to several safety features.
