ADOR’s sleeper transport system, named PLF20, features last-generation components and uses cutting-edge technology to ensure maximum productivity with minimum time spent. It is installed on special wagons equipped with side rails and transported through a special collection structure, bringing the new sleepers to the laying train and the old sleepers back onto the wagons.
Leveraging high technology, our automatic guidance sleeper gantry speeds up the cycle times to 20 km/h, performing a work cycle over a distance of 8 wagons in less than a minute. Moreover, PLF20 is equipped with trolleys with motorized wheel units, independent hydraulic circuits, and a high-performance engine with 147 kW (2300 rpm) power, lifting up to 8000 kg.
