Kumchun System approached ADOR with the need for a reliable and high-performance solution for railway ballast regulation, with specific requirements for compatibility with Korean railway standards and adaptability to local conditions. The client emphasized the importance of having a versatile system capable of supporting essential services such as factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), and comprehensive on-site training for their team.

In response, ADOR proposed the CP500 model from our Italian partner, La Falco, a robust and proven ballast regulator designed for efficient ballast shaping, profiling, and shoulder maintenance operations. The CP500 was selected due to its strong operational record, advanced hydraulic systems, and suitability for varied track conditions. Its modular design also made it ideal for integration with the client’s operational workflow and maintenance capabilities.

The selection of this specific model was influenced by multiple factors, including ease of transport, readiness for FAT and SAT procedures, and alignment with future training and support infrastructure. ADOR facilitated coordination between Kumchun System and La Falco to establish a clear framework for project execution and post-delivery support, ensuring that the client would receive not only the equipment but also the technical backing needed for seamless operation and long-term value.
